Mrs Jenkins, with two other local headteachers, spent a week in October visiting Nana Kwaku Boateng Primary School in Ghana.
As well as learning about the education system, the country and its culture and collecting interesting objects to bring back to school, she spent some time sightseeing, including completing a rainforest canopy walkway.
